Вероятный способ установки
Установить NI Package Manager (1.0.0_packaged_Win_Eng.exe) Выбрать LabView NXG. Все остальные загрузки Package Manager сделает сам. На всякий случай в раздачу вложил все что скачал Package Manager. Все эти папки и файлы должны быть расположены по пути %ProgramData%
