Основу данного программного обеспечения, предназначенного для разработки микроэлектромеханических (MEMS) устройств, составляет интегрированный пакет CoventorWare, обеспечивающий разработчикам два встречных пути проектирования: снизу вверх и сверху вниз. При проектировании сверху вниз сначала строится общая концепция создаваемого устройства и прорисовывается его схема на основе поведенческих моделей подсистем. Затем производится уточнение решения для реализации используемых подсистем, выполняется их оптимизация, после чего по их итогам проводится итерационный цикл уточнения параметров всей системы. Далее производится полное электромагнитное и электромеханическое моделирование разработанной системы, и проект передается на производство для технологической проработки. Виртуальная машина VMware WinXP c установленным CoventorWare2008. Идеально подходит для обучения проектированию и моделированию MEMS устройств.
